Troubleshooting the 11.xx Internal Clock Error on the HP P4015 Â and P4014 Printer
I’ve only seen the 11.xx Internal Clock Error a few times and it’s always  been on machines that recently had the formatter replaced. I’ve always been told to let the machine sit for several minutes after you install a formatter to let the formatter and DC controller talk to each other. After several minutes  I usually turn the machine off and on again to make sure the machine will continue to boot OK. Every once in a while when I reboot I get this error so I enter the information again, After that its good to go. I have run into one or two machines that have done this when I was called out for other issues. Like the 68 Error, I sometimes get on 4100 machines, you press OK and the machine continues to work. So the error is always present when the machine boots but  it doesn’t really cause a problem with functionality. So if you see this error and the printer continues to work as it should you have to decide is it necessary to fix.

2. If possible, print a configuration page to record product information, and then perform an NVRAM initialization routine. If the initialization routine is successful, you will need to re-enter several configuration parameters (such as the page count and the serial number).
3. If the error persists, replace the formatter PCA
