Description :
The rotation of the fixing film is faulty.
Causes :
While the fixing motor is rotating, the marker signal is not detected for 6 sec with the reading of the main thermistor indicating 100 deg C or more.
Solutions :
Reset the condition in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
Replace the main thermistor.
Replace the DC controller PCB.
