Description :
There is an error in the communication with the NE controller.
Causes :
The NE controller is not connected at power on, although it was connected before the power was turned off because of an error.
Solutions :
Check the cable; thereafter, reset the condition in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR> ERR.
