I see a lot of these machines and for the most part customers like them. They have a small footprint so they fit in a large variety of areas. The print quality beats other low end models that compare to it. If I have a customer who prints at home or in a personal office that has an extremely low print volume than I would recommend this. For larger volume printing I would probably recommend moving up to a model that has higher yields.
