While the stand-a-lone fax machine is a dying breed there still are lots of people using them. I see them in just about all doctors offices and they are one of the most important tools the doctors and nurses use. When they break down I get frantic calls needing them up in running as quick as possible.
That is one of the nice things about Brother Fax machine. Very rarely will you have down equipment. I see all the machines listed below in offices. While they all will put up some pretty impressive numbers some are better than others. Probably the best for your money is the 4100e. These machines rarely need repaired and I’ve seen some get over 250,000 prints. The 4750 and 5750 use the same engine just with more features. The 2840 and 2940 are for smaller office settings and clean environments. After about 50,000 to 75,000 I’m usually telling customers time to buy a new machine. I wouldn’t put these in a factory or somewhere will they get lots of dust.
