Service Manual Advice for the CopyStar CS-3060 C6150 Error Code 

Abnormally low fuser thermistor edge temperature
Fuser thermistor 1 is detected 100°C/212°F less than 1 s continuously during copying.

1. Defective fuser heater M or S.
Replace the fuser heater M or S.

2. Installation defectiveness on fuser thermistor 1.
Check the mounting state of the fuser thermistor 1. If any problem is found, repair it.

3. Defective PWB.
Replace the power source PWB or engine PWB and check for correct operation.

These fusers are relatively cheap. Like many parts on the Kyocera machines, lots of times its more cost effective to just replace the whole part or maintenance kit. Therefore, if you are having problems with the fuser, I would just recommend saving some time and money and purchase a whole replacement fuser.
