Error in communication with the Copy Card Reader-F1 (serial communication)
Causes :
Card Reader was not connected at department management setting.
Solutions :
1. Check the connection with the Card Reader.
2. Remove the Card Reader, and execute the following: service mode > #CLEAR > ERR > E719.
