Description :
There is an error in the communication with the NE controller.
Causes :
An IPC error has occurred while the NE controller is in operation.
There is an open circuit for the IPC.
An error has occurred, and the IPC communication remains disabled.
Solutions :
Check the cable; thereafter, reset the condition in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>CLEAR>ERR.
