Description :
There is an error on the hard disk.
Causes :
[Cause] There is no startup file.
The program for the main CPU does not exist on the HDD or in BOOTDEV/BOOT, and so on.
[Detection] while boot ROM is in use at time of system file loading (usrIde)
[Timing of Detection] once at startup
