Service Manual Advice for the Ricoh SP4110, SP4210, SP4310 SC541 Fuser Error
The fusing temperature did not rise higher than 20°C within 10 sec. after the main motor switched off.

The fusing temperature was detected lower than 0oC for over 1 sec. after the power relay switched on.
- Thermistor disconnected or defective
- Fusing lamp disconnected or defective
- Fuse blown
- Power supply board defective
- Fusing unit connected improperly
Additional Advice for the Ricoh SP4110, SP4210, SP4310 SC541 Fuser Error

- Sometimes a simple SC fuser reset will fix the issue. This error can happen when the machine reads the thermistor at the wrong time. Sudden power outages and other similar environmental issues can cause this.
- Dirty thermistor. Remove the thermistor and clean. Make sure the thermistor is properly seated. Most thermistors ride on the surface of the hot roller.
- Reseat all the connectors and check the lamp.
