High temperature thermistor 1.
1. Reinstall the fuser. Check the connector (J128) between the fuser and the printer. If it is damaged, replace the fuser.
2. Reconnect the connector (J82) on the DC controller PCA.
3. Replace the fuser.
4. If the error persists, replace the power supply unit.

- Turn the machine off and let it sit 15 to 2o minutes then try again.
- Check the environment. I’ve seen machines overheat in factories and warehouses on hot summer days.
- Allow plenty of ventilation and don’t have them near windows where they receive direct sunlight.
- Check the paper and fuser settings. Running the machine for long periods of time on a high fuser setting while printing on plain paper can lead to overheat issues.
