Brother HL – 3040CN / 3070CW Replace Fuser Message and Reset

Instructions for the Brother HL – 3040CN / 3070CW Replace Fuser Message and Reset Procedure

When these machines reach 50,000 prints the display will start to read Replace Fuser. The good news is that the machine will continue to work. The bad news is that one of your consumables has reached the recommended life limit of the part. In most cases the fuser is still holding up pretty good but is starting to show signs of extreme usage. Typically, the lower pressure roller is starting to get warped and the pick fingers on the hot roller are starting to score the outer coating of the roller.
