Additional Information Error Code 920.02

1. Turn the machine off then back on. Sometimes these errors are accidental in nature. My theory is that once or twice in a year is acceptable. Two or more times in a few month period usually requires further investigation.

2. Battery Back ups are a big No-No. Power Strips are not recommend. At least for testing purposes plug the machine straight into a wall outlet.

3. Remove the fuser and check the thermistor. Clean the surface where the thermistor comes in contact with the hot roller and verify when the thermistor is installed that it comes in contact with the surface of the hot roller.

4. Verify the lamp is making a good contact with contacts on either side. If you have a build up of corrosion then you can replace the fuser or clean the contact points. However, if they are really bad then you should just replace the whole unit.

5. Replace the fusing assembly.
