This error I like a little more than some of the other errors because the  Lexmark T654, T652 Error Code 934.00 has to somewhat do with the motor not functioning right. This error is  something that I sometimes can physically see or hear and give a diagnoses. Lexmark T654, T652 Error Code 934.00 – Mirror motor lost lock.
The signals driving the polygon motor may have been corrupted, or the cable may be loose, or the motor may be bad.
1. Check all connections on the printhead assembly.
2. Check all connections on the system card assembly.
3. Replace the printhead assembly.

Additional Helpful Tips for the Error Code 934.00
1. Turn the machine off then back on. If some walks by the machine and bumps it or attempts to move it while it is printing you might get an error like this.
2. Make sure the machine is level. With this being a possible motor problem and due to the speeds this motor operates at you really need to keep this level.
3. Reseat the connectors. Again, this error might have something to do with a loose cable, so double check them and make sure they are secure.
4. Listen for an odd noise when it goes to print. Before these machine print the printhead motor has to get up to speed. If it is dirty or dry in the bushing area it will either make a very loud rumbling noise, or in some cases a high pitch squealing noise. If you hear an odd noise and the machine gives you the Error Code 934.00 then you probably need to be replacing the printhead.
