The hsync signal is missing or not at the correct voltage.
Replace the printhead assembly.

1. Turn the machine off the back on. Unplug the machine and let it sit 20 to 30 minutes then try again.

2. If the machine was just brought in from extreme cold then let it sit 2 to 3 hours to adjust to room temperature.

3. Make sure the machine is sitting on a level surface.

4. unplug the machine, reseat the connectors, try again.

5. Replace the printhead.
