Instructions for the Okidata MC361, MC561, C330DN, C530DN Fuser Replacement
The estimated fuser life of these fusing assemblies is around 60,000. This number can vary due to a few factors but it tends to be pretty accurate. When the fuser gets low on life you machine will give you a fuser life near end message unless you have near end messages turned off through your admin management settings. When the life of the fuser is out then you will be given a change fuser unit message. Therefore, it is important to keep your life near end messages on and make sure you get a fuser on order before you get the change fuser message. Below find instructions for the Okidata MC361, MC561, C330DN, C530DN Fuser Replacement along with buying options for the fuser if needed.
OKI 44472601 Fuser Unit for C301, C310, C530 Printers
Price: $242.27
5 used & new available from $234.99
WARNING!
The fusing unit is extremely hot when the machine is at a ready state. To avoid bodily injury, it is recommended that you only handle the fuser by its handles. I tend to tell customers to power off the machine and wait 15 to 30 minutes to allow the machine to cool down a little before proceeding with the replacement procedure.
