Troubleshooting Tips

1. Turn the machine off then back on.

2. Check the power source. No power strips and battery back ups. Make sure the machine is plugged straight into a wall outlet. Trya a different wall outlet.

3. Remove the fusing assembly and clean the thermistor surface. Because the thermistor sensor rides on the surface of the hot roller debris like to built up on it. Make sure the thermistor is riding on top of the hot roller. If the thermistor is just a little off the roller and you will get a false low temperature error.

4. Perform the cold fuser check list
