Repair Tips for the Print Unable 6B Message
1. Turn the power off then back on. If that fails then turn the power off, unplug the machine, and let it sit 15 to 30 minutes.
2. Check the power source. Make sure the device is plugged straight into a wall outlet. Never plug them into a power strip with other devices and the recommend not being on the same circuit as other heating devices like coffee makers, space heaters, and other laser printers and copiers.
