List of Brother Multifunction’s with Color Laser / LED Technology
Below is a list of the Current Brother Multifunction color machines. The 9130, 9330, and 9340 series are the lower end models. As you move up they have better features like the 9340 has single pass duplex printing which is something new in the Brother line of machines that use to only be found on higher end copiers. The downfall for 
these models is the rather small toner cartridges. These are machines I recommend to home, Â small office users, or maybe college students. I recommend a max volume of 10,000 prints per year on these machines. Anything more and you should have bought a larger model.
The 9460, 9560, and 9970 models are heavier volume models with larger toner cartridges and higher print speeds. Â Again, as you move up in the models the print speeds get faster and they have more features. These Brother machines do OK pictures but nothing like some of your higher end Xerox machines. I mainly recommend them for customers wanting professional business printing. They offer a nice smooth color contrast on your documents. I typically recommend the higher end machines as they seem to be built more sound and are cheaper in the long run due to the higher yield toner cartridges.
