Troubleshooting the Low Heat Error Cycle Power on the Xerox 3300MFP
Before you replace your fusing unit for the low heat error cycle power on your machine you might want to try a few troubleshooting tips.
1. Power off and on the machine. Sometimes sudden power outages can result in this error or if the machine doesn’t get up to the correct operating temp. in the specified time this error can result. Â Powering off and on will allow the machine to reboot and correct itself if one of these situations has happened.
2. Check to make sure the device is plugged straight into a wall outlet. Power strips, surge arrest, and battery back ups can draw power away from the product and not allow for normal warm up.
3. Remove the thermistor and check for debris build up. The thermistor should gently ride on the surface of the hot roller.
4. Power off the machine, unplug the power cord, let the machine sit 20 to 30 minutes, plug the machine back in and power on.
5. If all the above steps have failed then it’s probably time to replace the fusing unit.

1. Open the face up cover and open the fuser output guide.
2. Remove the four screws securing the Fuser Assembly, then pull the Fuser Assembly out of the frame.
