Order this fuser  to fix various fuser errors:
* Open Heat Error
* Over Heat Error
* Low Heat Error
Print Quality
* Ghost occurs at 77.8 mm intervals.
* Vertical lines or creases can also occur if the pick fingers inside the fuser  rub away the outer coating of the hot roller. Easy to see from the back on the machine with the fuser door open.
One of the main issues I find with these machines is that the fuser  tends to last quite a bit longer than their rated life and there is no PM message to let you know when you hit the 80,000 prints. Any time I work on these machines I check the page count and pull the fuser  out to check the parts. The gears on the fuser  get worn down and the fuser  turns harder with age. This can also damage other gears inside the machine leading to additional failures and parts replacement. These parts should be replaced if they are showing signs of wear and or the machine has 80,000 prints without prior fuser replacement.
