Not really much more I can say about this machine that I haven’t said in other reviews for this series of printers. While it’s not the biggest machine in the world it is built to last. I really like selling machines that are loaded down with extra features and this machine has a lot. Most people purchase machines knowing they want to print then realize the machine they purchased can’t do everything they need. That won’t be the case with these machines. About the only exception is two trays. These machines don’t come standard with two cassette trays but an additional 500 sheet tray can be purchased to make that possible. Great machine for small or midsize businesses with single or multiple users printing up to 3,000 pages a month. With its professional looking print, customers will be clueless documents were printed on such a small machine.

Three points I’d like to make about this product that some people have found issue with or is worth noting are its noise, print speeds, and cost per page. As the speeds of these machines have increased they have become noisy. So a fair warning is that these machines haven’t changed. Also, like any HP machine the speed specs are based off of printing the easiest of documents. Print speeds will vary given the document size, type, quality, and paper being used. Last is the cost per page. While the cost per page is lower because the machine offers high yield it’s still higher than larger models. So if your thinking about this machine and running it at its peak capacity I would seriously think about going up to a higher class model.
