- Open Top Cover
- Open Front Cover
- Remove the top front screw and two lower screws
Remove the rear cover and the operation panel in advance when you meet difficulties in removing the left cover.

- Note : The Fuser runs at extremely high temperatures so it is recommended that you allow time to cool before removing.
- Disconnect the connectors. At this point it is always a good idea to note how the wires are ran through the machine to insure proper installation when putting the unit back together.
- Remove the 3 screws that secure the fuser in place. There are four screws that look like they should be removed. One, however, does not. Take not to remove the correct ones.
