My advice for the HP CP4025 and CP4525 50.1 Fuser Error Message
- Turn the machine off then back on. Unplug the machine and let it sit 15 to 20 minutes then plug back in and try again.
- Check the power source. Make sure the machine in plugged into a wall outlet and no other large devices are plugged into the same circuit. This happens more in older homes and buildings.
- No powerstrips or battery back ups. Battery backups can put a huge strain on the power supply.
- Â Remove and reseat the fuser. Check the connectors on the heating element and make sure they are fully seated.
- Replace the fuser.
