HP Color CM3530 Cartridge Fan and Delivery Fan Replacement

Instructions for the  HP Color CM3530 Cartridge Fan and Delivery Fan Replacement

Whenever I see one of these machines it seems like the machine is experiencing odd problems. The delivery and cartridge fan aren’t your regular fans that you find in most HP machines. I’ve already run into problems with them being noisy.  The fans are listed as separate parts in the manual but it seems most suppliers are selling the two fans together in the housing. Below you will find instructions for the  HP Color CM3530 Cartridge Fan and Delivery Fan Replacement along with a link to order in a replacement fan if needed.

If you look in the service manual there are more steps to this procedure as it shows you how to move the two cooling fans in the housing. However, most suppliers are providing both cooling fans in the housing so you just have to remove and replace the fan housing assembly with the fans already installed.
