The 50.1 fuser error could be a result of the HP laserjet 4200 printer not recieving enough power. First thing to always check is the power source where your machine is drawing its power from. HP and any service company would recommend the first thing to do is make sure the machine is plugged straight into a wall outlet and verify no other large devices that draw a lot of power are plugged into the same outlet or circuit. Second thing is to just turn the machine off and on. Because the 50.1 fuser error is a low temperature error just resetting the machine could allow the machine to heat back up and come to its correct operating temperature. Last thing to check is the operating environment. If you keep the machine in an extreme cold environment it could have trouble getting up to the right temperature in the amount of time allowed.
