We often get many questions when it comes to servicing and repairing customers office equipment. The
purpose of this page is to cover some of the more common questions to help all our customers have a better understanding of
how we operate and what you can expect when you are in need of service from us.
1.
Do you clean and service the rest of the machine?
Yes. Unfortunately some customers
have had machines serviced for a specific problem and thought the repair was complete. The machine, however, was still dirty
and had more unresolved issues. We take pride in making sure the whole machine is cleaned and serviced. While servicing the
machine we ask the customer if the equipment is having any other problems so all issues may be resolved in one call.
2. Do we get charged the one hour fee per machine if we need multiple machines repaired?
No. The first machine is a minimum one hour service charge. Additional repairs goes by an hourly rate. Typically
machines take 40 min to an hour to repair so servicing two machines might take 1 and 1/2 hours to repair or three would take
2 hours and 15 min. So the more you have repaired the lower overall cost of service per machine. Work environment and
conditions of the machines might effect the length of time to service them.

Do we get charged another service call if you need to return and install parts?
We will
quote the total cost of the repair including the return and installation when parts are needed. If a part is needed and the
installation will take less than 15 minutes additional labor is not added. However, if installation takes more than 15 min
then a 1/2 hourly rate will apply. In most cases either no charge or an additional half hour will be quoted when a return
and part installation is needed depending on the length of time required.

Do you have parts in stock?
Yes, we stock the most common used parts for a wide variety
of machines. Pick-up and feed rollers, fusers, separation pads, gears, paper stops, cleaning blades, etc... On Hp, Lexmark,
Xerox Phaser, and Sharp products, if we don't carry it, in most cases we can have it next day at no extra charge. We have
tried several vendors over the years and have limited it to a select few to offer our customers the highest quality,
lowest cost, and the quickest turn around time.
