Service Technician Advice In this area of our website; periodically we will be posting common issues our technicians are
finding with certain machines or general problems that happen with all makes and models. For example: The HP 4200 and 4300
series are known to have a premature breakdown of the right fuser retaining clip or extreme wear on the secondary gear located
in the swing plate assembly. We will relate to our customers the visual or audible problems that occur when the paticular
parts fail and what type of service is required to get these machines back up in running. Depending on the response we get
from these post we might in the future add a forum to this site so anybody can ask a question or have an easy way to find
an answer we might already have discussed.
